Small Rip Off Coffee: Coffee Next Generation

On the 9 of October 2012, in the morning, between two buses @ Greyhound  Station Albany, NY I tried to purchase a coffee at one of the drinks machines. I inserted 1.50 $ and I the glass came out with some colored water, like pee.
No money back, none in that station to give me an explanation. It s not about the lost amount, it s about the fact the vendor receive some good money from customers like me...
Who cares ?
 Lately it s not the only bad experience encountered, that means our country is loosing the good reputation getting close to a no mans land ?
